Queen Victoria Mourning Pin
Being so small, less than two inches (50mm) in height, and made from paper one would imagine this is a rare survivor. The central portrait of the late Queen appears to be a photographic print.
Q Has anyone seen one of these before?
A Fascinating the way one never knows what is going to appear next. It is typical of the many different pins and badges being sold in the streets in 1901 when the dear Queen died or as the funeral cortege passed.
