Hackles and Gill Pins
Q Trade card of Thomas Robinson, Swinegate, Leeds - printed on card embossed by Dobbs, circa 1850s. Does anyone know what are Hand and Machine Hackles and Gill Pins?

A Hackles are/were combs used in the preparation of flax for weaving, and as Leeds was the centre of the wool trade may be wool
as well.
