Die-Cut Paper Gloves

Q These pairs of gloves, 28 x 117mm, were evidently a popular souvenir in the 1860s as three different contents slips have been seen celebrating the wedding of the Prince of Wales to Princess Alexandra in 1863.

The pair in green contains a message slip and verse “Think of Me” and a similar one contains a valentine verse. Does anyone know who the publisher was or can add any further information. Were they used for other celebrations?
